Advancing Diversity Week Landing page is a platform that announces an event with a multi-day gathering designed to bring together the media, advertising, marketing and entertainment community in a shared commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging.

ADW is a standalone application that contains all the information about the event, speakers, inductees, schedule and description of each event. Separately created pages for Sponsorship and Registration.

Project idea

The main idea of the ADW event platform is to provide complete information about the upcoming conference, to enable users to register or take part.

Target audience

This platform is targeted at categories of people who work in different areas of business, but are interested in or support Advancing Diversity. The product is targeted at the American market.

Speakers and inductees who will conduct events and speak
Terms of sponsorship and current sponsors of the conference
Detailed description of days with events and timing
Registration with the ability to select day and event

Project Challenges

Create convenient and intuitive UI and UX so that the users can easily find the sections they need
Develop the multiple registration form with an opportunity to register as a participant, sponsor, speaker, or send a CV to explore career opportunities
Add the ability to select necessary events within one day and send the information only about these events
Create a user-friendly admin console for managing conference data
Add a possibility to see which event is live right now and navigate to this event from the Agenda
