Fidelity Investments, the second largest financial services group in the world, wanted to increase engagement with its wealth customer base by upgrading the multimedia capabilities of its iPad offering. Fidelity saw its iPad offering as central to its digital strategy and a key communications channel to its customer base using primarily video content.

Contexxt devised and led the component strategy, project management and delivery for the multimedia components that seamlessly integrated within their existing app. This included driving the design process to ensure the capabilities and opportunities of the platform leveraged were fully understood as well as specifying a content management solution that gave Fidelity control over content delivery. Collaborating with Thomson Reuters editorial we produced a programming wheel (what is this?) that delivered an exceptional content set focused on Fidelity’s customers’ needs.
